Hoops Music Festival '09
Sunday 19th July
The Hoops Festival 2009 will take place on Sunday 19th July. Relax in our beautiful gardens for an afternoon of music performed by local musicians. Live music to start at 1.30pm until late.
This year the Hoops would like to welcome the Littlebury Wangers who make their first Festival appearance. We also see the return of Saffron Breeze , As You Like it Band, What's That, Jazzie Annie and Friends and Hoarse with No Name featuring Haydon Yates. We also look forward to an acoustic performance from Marianne Raven.

Music plays a big part of life at The Hoops, with both landlord and landlady being guitarists. We have regular performances from bands, duos and solo performers as well as our new 'open-mike sessions'.

Popular cambridge based rock cover band playing tracks from Pink Floyd to Thin Lizzy.

The Dynamic Duo
Guitar based rock'n'roll duo featuring Mike 'landlord' and Kelvin Frost. Set list includes tracks from Status Quo, Buddy Holly and Eric Clapton.
Haydon Yates
Solo keyboard player Haydon Yates' instrumental arrangements have gone down a storm at The Hoops. Set list includes tracks from Pink Floyd and Chris Isaak.
Kyle Chater
Kyle Chater is a vocalist/guitarist from Bishop's Stortford. His acoustic set includes tracks from Razorlight, Snow Patrol and The Kooks. He has more recently been seen co-fronting popular cover band As You Like It.
